The Festival is Aimed to Spread Love, Kick Away Fear
The inaugural a+ love Music Festival is Taiwan's first music festival initiated by musicians in response to World AIDS Day on December 1st. It took place from November 30th to December 2nd, 2018, for three consecutive evenings, aiming to support AIDS awareness through music. The festival hoped to convey accurate medical information, provide comfort and encouragement to those living in the shadow of AIDS, and showcase the power of love and music, so that everyone can have equal rights and inclusion.
Through a musical feast, it aimed to gather the power of kindness, unite people, and use the power of music to dispel fear of AIDS. The event aimed to promote awareness and acceptance of AIDS-related information and to draw attention to this long-misunderstood and neglected public health issue.
The hope is that through this event, we can all see: "With love every day, you and I are all the same!"
